- Your business country, legal name, address, and contact details.
- A clear description of what your community sells and your website.
- The account representative’s identity details and any documents Stripe requests.
- The bank account where you want to receive payouts.
Enter identity and banking information directly in Stripe. Creators do not need to create or paste API keys.
Verification and next steps
Stripe is reviewing my account. What should I do?
Open your Stripe dashboard and check its requirements and messages. If your information is submitted and a review is pending, follow the status shown by Stripe. You can prepare your membership products as drafts while you wait. Completing the form does not guarantee approval.
Stripe asks for more information, or my setup link expired.
Return to Payments → Connections → Card payments · Stripe and choose Continue payment setup for a fresh setup link. Provide the requested information directly in Stripe, return to HQ, and select Refresh status. If you are unsure what a requirement means, use support inside your Stripe dashboard.
How do I know I’m ready to accept real payments?
Check for Charges enabled and Payouts enabled, along with Your checkout is ready and Live payments. A test-mode connection is for practice and is not confirmation that live checkout is ready. Resolve any setup messages shown in your dashboard before inviting paying members.
How do I publish after connecting Stripe?
Save your support email and refund policy under Payments → Checkout setup. In Products, review your membership, make the plan active, enable publishing on the membership page, and save it. Then open Home → Settings, turn on Publish community, and save your settings. Preview the signup page before copying and sharing its link.
The resources use actual HQ screens and Stripe test screens. The initial creator connection step is shown as a labeled instruction card. Stripe’s questions can vary by business and country, and platform-owner controls differ from creator controls.
