1. The platform and these terms
The Bankroll HQ ("HQ," "we," "us") provides tools for creators to operate communities, publish content, host conversations and livestreams, and offer memberships and physical products. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our business location is Los Angeles, CA 90057, United States. You can contact us at support@thebankrollhq.com. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to create an account or make a purchase. Use accurate account and billing information, protect your password and recovery code, and contact support if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share paid access or use another person’s payment method without authorization.
Creators are responsible for their community descriptions, prices, content, member access, team permissions, and fulfillment commitments. You must have the rights to material or products you upload or sell.
3. Purchases and seller responsibilities
The community or shop identified with an offer is the seller responsible for that offer, its content, customer support, and any physical fulfillment. The Bankroll HQ provides the platform and purchase tools. Review the named seller, included benefits, price, payment frequency, refund terms, and delivery details before purchasing.
Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and physical shipping charges are disclosed before payment is authorized. Only payment methods enabled for that checkout are available. Card logos do not mean every seller or payment method is available for every purchase.
Payment authorization alone does not guarantee access. Memberships activate after payment confirmation and any stated account requirements are complete. Failed or reversed payments can affect access. Creator platform fees and payment-provider fees are governed by the terms presented to the creator when connecting payments; they are not a separate HQ buyer service fee.
4. Recurring memberships and cancellation
A recurring membership renews at the price and weekly, monthly, or annual interval displayed at checkout until you cancel. One-time purchases do not renew. Review the recurring charge and cancellation terms before giving your affirmative authorization to pay.
You can stop future renewals online from My billing. Choose your community and membership, then use the available cancellation or billing-management option. Cancel before the next charge to avoid that renewal. Confirmed paid access remains through the paid-through date shown for the membership, unless a refund, payment reversal, or termination for misuse affects access. Cancellation does not itself refund previous charges.
Material renewal changes and required reminders or notices must be provided as required by applicable law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the cancellation steps and refund-request process.
5. Content, conduct, and sports information
Sports analysis, picks, commentary, and community discussions are informational and do not guarantee wins, profits, or any particular outcome. The Bankroll HQ is a community platform, not a sportsbook, and does not accept wagers through membership or shop checkout. A membership payment purchases the described service or content, not a betting stake.
Do not use the platform for unlawful transactions, fraud, threats, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized data collection, malware, or interference with other users’ access. Follow applicable laws and your community’s rules.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give HQ permission to host, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you use and the audience you select. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the platform or a creator’s content.
6. Availability, account restrictions, and third parties
We may maintain, update, or restrict features to address security, abuse, payment issues, or service requirements. Third-party payment, video, and linked services operate under their own terms. We do not promise uninterrupted access or the accuracy of every creator’s content. If purchased access is not delivered as described, contact the seller or HQ support to request a resolution.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, warranty, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes, governing law, and questions
We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Where required, we will provide notice or request consent before material changes apply. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to a completed purchase.
