1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to The Bankroll HQ website, accounts, and platform features. Communities, sellers, and third-party services may also have their own policies for information they receive. The Bankroll HQ is based in Los Angeles, CA 90057, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@thebankrollhq.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and profile information: name, username, email address, profile details and images you provide, password-verification records, sign-in sessions, and connected-account identifiers.
  • Community activity: memberships, roles, posts, messages, uploaded images or audio, event participation, and other content you submit. Livestreams and recordings may include your voice, image, screen share, and chat if you participate in those features.
  • Purchase and fulfillment records: seller and product details, payment and subscription status, amounts, provider references, refunds, and any delivery name, address, or other information needed to fulfill your order. Payment providers collect the payment credentials needed to process the transaction; HQ receives transaction records and limited payment-method information such as a card brand or last four digits where provided.
  • Support communications: information in questions, refund requests, invitations, and reports you send to us or through platform tools.
  • Technical information: browser and device information, IP address, requests, timestamps, session identifiers, and security or error records processed while delivering and protecting the service.

Information comes from you, your use of the service, community administrators, connected services you authorize, and payment or fulfillment providers. Do not put passwords, full card numbers, or sensitive personal records in public posts or support messages.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide memberships and community features; process and record purchases; route orders and support requests; send verification, account, purchase, and service messages; prevent abuse and payment fraud; troubleshoot service problems; show community owners aggregate website usage; and comply with legal obligations.

Creators use the information made available to them to manage their communities, provide purchased access, fulfill orders, communicate with members, and handle refunds or support. Only share information in a community that you intend its permitted audience to see.

4. When information is shared

  • Community owners and authorized team members: membership details, relevant customer and order records, and content needed for their assigned roles.
  • Other users: profile details and content displayed in the public or member spaces you use. Access permissions determine who can see a space, but recipients can still copy content.
  • Service providers: hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, payments, security, and optional video or connected-account services. The platform uses services such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and Resend for applicable features; historical PayPal transactions may still require reconciliation or cancellation with PayPal; video or community integrations may involve additional providers.
  • Sellers and fulfillment providers: the contact, order, and delivery details necessary to fulfill a physical purchase.
  • Legal and business purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the service, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

When you follow a link, authorize a connected account, make a payment on a provider’s page, or use third-party media, that provider’s privacy policy also applies. A seller’s use of information outside HQ is governed by its own obligations.

5. Cookies, browser storage, and third-party content

HQ uses cookies and similar storage for sign-in, session security, and features such as completing an invitation. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other account functions.

Community website analytics use a random browser identifier that rotates after 30 days. HQ stores a community-specific digest, daily page-view counts, and country-level location for up to 35 days. It does not attach account IDs, email addresses, or raw IP addresses to these analytics records. Owner dashboard views are excluded. Optional analytics honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and stop when browser storage is blocked.

HQ’s current interface does not include third-party advertising pixels. Creator content can include external images, videos, and links; loading embedded media can send your IP address, browser details, and activity to the external provider. Those providers may collect information over time and across services under their own policies.

The website does not currently change its essential-cookie behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. You can control cookies through your browser, avoid opening third-party content, and contact us with questions about privacy preferences or legally available opt-outs.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained as needed to provide your account and services, maintain purchase and fulfillment records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and why it is held. Account deletion may not immediately remove records we must retain, backups, or copies independently held by other users or sellers.

We use measures intended to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong password, keep recovery information private, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can review available profile and account settings while signed in. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to exercise another privacy right available under applicable law, email support@thebankrollhq.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before responding. Do not send identification documents unless we explain a secure verification process.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning your information, including portability, restriction, or opting out of certain uses. We review requests under the laws that apply to the request and the business. Exercising a legally protected privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

To stop subscription charges, use My billing. A privacy request does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Contact the seller as well if your request concerns information it holds separately.

8. Children and changes to this policy

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the platform, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We update this policy when practices or requirements change. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
